Book a cheap act and you’ll simply get what you paid for. You won’t cut corners on the food, the wine and the venue, so why compromise on the entertainment when it’s crucial in defining a successful gala dinner or special event? So, look for value when comparing quotes, the length each act is willing to perform and the extras they’re willing to throw in for no extra cost.
Event Entertainment Budget
Also take into account the cost of their production. In most cases the acts themselves have preferred AV companies who already know how to present the act at its best and will, in most cases, be the most affordable.
The good news is corporate entertainment has never been so affordable. Depending on where they’re based, you should be able to secure a well known, reliable and dynamic gala dinner style act for between $3 and $7,000.
After you’ve done a little research you’ll see a clear pattern emerge that the regularly booked, word of mouth acts with raving testimonials are in the higher part of that bracket for good reason and they’re worth every cent.
